Mac login and shares on a NT 4 server?

I have a small network at one office that has a nt4 server on it. All the pc users can login and get the batch file each time. I had used a program on the mac called "Dave" to allow me to get the file shares on the other pcs before the server came in and it was on a peer to peer system.

Now I have the server setup and the mac can login to it but it still seems to be using the dave software which causes all kinds of errors all the time and if I don't need it I would like to avoid using it if I can. Does anyone know if I can pull that and just have the mac login to the nt4 server (with mac services loaded) and get to the shared drive to save all the info?

thanks,
Daniel

Have you installed the services for Macintosh on the NT server? You should them be able to set up the share with the MacFile menu in the server manager control.

Yeah I have the services for mac installed, and I have file shares but I set them up normally, not from a macfile menu, i'll try that when I go in next.
thanks,
Daniel
