I'm not a big chrome fan. I like the idea of it, but I just can't dig the interface. Safari 4 is looking sweet however.

The main reason why I really want to see Chrome come out is because of load times. This browser is FAST. Safari 4 is fast too, and that's the main reason why I use it, but Chrome is faster. Less than 3 secs on a fresh boot for startup.. and literally < 1 sec after the initial load. Safari 4 is pretty close to these speeds which is why I use it primarily, but Firefox takes forever. Yes, Mozilla, get your game up to par. Your browser shouldn't take this long to load.

I've been using Chrome as my default browser since it came out. I too love the speed.

However, this latest "stable" build that added scrolling and autofill and extra speed isn't stable for me.

Chrome never crashed once for me until this build and now it does it atleast once or twice a day, especially when I open an entire folder of favourites at the same time.

Wow, I'm glad it's not just me, I couldn't find any discussion about this. I absolutely love Chrome and used it since day one but since it came out of Beta I've had several crashes a day. I've now reverted back to Firefox out of desperation. Never had an issue before (except Anandtech, whose ads have often hung/crashed my browser for years).

An updated version hit me today. Just a heads up, hopefully it fixes it.

I've used Chrome since the day it was released. Honestly, I just LOVE this browser. So minimalistic, so clean, fast. Movable tabs, instanced tabs, nice clean start page, private browsing.

The ONLY reason I wouldn't use it would be compatability, so I occasionally will fire up IE (I would use firefox, but I've dealt with enough pages that don't like Chrome OR FF so I go straight to IE now).

Same here...I've gone from chrome/FF/IE to chrome/IE8.
