Mac and Windows Compatible Video Chat

I recently got a PowerBook G4 1GHZ w/Superdrive and 1GB of RAM. I love the laptop but when it comes time to talk to my girlfriend who uses a Windows XP box, the trouble begins. I have used Yahoo and hate it, the fram rate is slow and it is prone to crash on both Windows and Mac sides, so I'm wondering besides that, which program is the best? Any Ideas? Thanks a lot.
