M7NCG Pro from Biostar for a PVR?

Anybody have any experience with this board? I was going to set it up to make a PVR out of it so I can do my Tivo type stuff and things like that.

It'll do fine, but I would personally get the AN35N-Ultra for $3 more because I've had such great success with Shuttle boards and have nF2 and nF3 Shuttle based boxen right now.
