M6807 refuses to work at 800MHz on battery

I have my emachines for 5 months, love it very much.
Sometime ago I noticed that the battery runs uot to fast. I saw that even when I'm working on battery the CPU speed indicates 1.8GHz in My Computer \ Properties... and in AMDinfo tool.

I onced wanted it to be like that. But I don't wan't it anymore. I want it to run at 800Mhz on battery.
I don't know what I changed to make it work like that. I sure didn't intend it , I never changed the bios and all that stuff.

It doesn't matter if I change the power scheme from "Always On" to "Max Power".

How can I get it back to the previous settings?
please help me...

Actually all the time ...
Sorry for the double post.
Tried to post it in the "Official emachines..." topic and couldn't

Set it to portable/laptop in power schemes.
If fails, try uninstall AMD64 driver and reinstall, reboot.
Check task manager, you might have some heavy spyware/virus in the background eating your cpu cycles, which will cause your cpu to seemingly be stuck at max speed.

checked everything, still doesn't help.
checked few times my speed eith the amd tool it shows: 1450Mhz-1680Mhz...
