M5 V10 powered GT at Frankfurt

Holy shit, I've never heard of that car before.. it is absolutely beautiful! I gotta find a 1920x1200 pic somewhere for my wallpaper now 😀

Edit: I guess 2362x1572 will have to do 🙂

I know that Weismanns are generally a BMW house, but that car would be even more awesome, reliable, better sounding, fuel efficient, and affordable with an LS7 😀

I thought the previous wiesmann was basically an M3 in all the important technical aspect, with a different body.

Top Gear reviewed it alongside a TVR. Their verdict was buy a Wiesmann because it's a better car, but if your absolutely crazy, the only car for you is the TVR.

Who cares?

If you LSMorons had your way, every car in the world would have one of those under the bonnet. They don't, so shut up already.

That's not an entirely bad idea. 18/28MPG, 430+hp, (16/26 for 505hp), lighter than the BMW V10, easier to mod, more torque, I mean whats not to love? It's an incredible motor. In recent history theres been a few motors that really revolutionized the industry.

Toyota UZ V8(One Ward's 10 best engines of the 20th century, redefined smoothness and reliability standards.)
Porsche Flat 6 (Do I have to explain this motor's history?)
GM 3800 (Reliability)
And Finally,
The Chevy Small Block(LSx included), It's a paragon of reliability, power, moddability, and opportunity to fit any application from trucks to sports cars, high power high displacement to lower power moderate displacement.
BMW Straight 6 (Race pr oven performance)

Well, the ones who have to mention it in every single thread are 😉

senseamp: 'OMG, they mentioned a car with a big engine in it that isn't an LS, so i'd better suggest it would be infinitely better with an LS in instead!'

That was really some contribution to the thread there, senseamp 😉

Would you describe the LSx as the greatest engine of all time, ever?

From what i've heard about it, it's almost certainly the only serious contender for the title.
