BTW: I always thought it was weird that unleaded gas cost more than leaded (back when you could still BUY leaded gas) because LEAD was a additive as well....😕

If you aren't getting any kind of side effects, it doesn't look like you were very chemically dependent on caffeine.

Personally my caffeine intake has dramatically decreased over the past year, since I got my espresso machine. (sounds kinda funny huh?) Reason being that I usually just have a double in the morning, and one in the evening. A lot less caffeine than drip/press, and it tastes amazing. I used to drink 2 or 3 cups in the morning, and another 1 or 2 in afternoon.
