M4H Decaffienated

Surprisingly, don't have any shakes, headaches, or other withdrawl symptoms. Switched over to decaf for the tea, and only caffiene-free carbonated beverages.

I'm surprised my body hasn't violently rebelled. 😛

why did you want to give it up? coffee drinkers are more alert and productive.

What prompted you to make the move

Chemical dependency.

and how much were you getting before?

Waaaaay too f'ing much, and not enough sleep.

- M4H
well if it was interferring with your sleep then it was time to snip that nut. 😛

And that's the only nut I'll be snipping, thanks. 😛

I think I read somewhere that soft drinks without caffiene were bad... some kind of ingredient to remove the caffiene..? can't remember.

Hmm, I managed to go down from well over 500 mg of caffiene a day to around 250-ish. I already get enough sleep (6-8 hours a day) but all that caffiene was making me stutter when I speak and jittery when I try to sit still, so I had to do something about it.
