m4a -> mp3

I downloaded some music but I can't play it on my non-ipod mp3 player. It supports all the other nice formats like flac and ogg.

Also I need to convert shn files to ogg.

Any ideas?

Converting from one lossy format to another = t3h noes (due to extra sound quality loss)
However, if you really want to do it, itunes will do it for you. just do it, then uninstall

m4a->mp4: use Hymn.
mp4->mp3: use dbPowerAmp.
