M3A78 Pro randomly tossing drives out of an array

I've got an M3A78 Pro set up for my dad with two drives in RAID 1. This is the second time it's happened, and for some reason it will just kick the second drive out of the array. The first time I managed to force it to rebuild after messing with their admittedly lame IE interface, but this time my dad is telling me his computer won't boot and Windows is saying something about system32, I'm guessing Windows/system32/* is corrupt or something of the sort.

Any ideas?
