Definitely will miss the s54 noise through a carbon airbox. On the upside, I'm picking up an 02 911 4s... yay awd. Pics to follow.

wow bro thats awesome!!!!!

Whats the color combo?

The 4s only came hardtop if I remember correctly. Nice about the 02 + is you get bumbed from 3.4 to 3.6!

Have you ever heard an M&K exhaust on a 996? SICK! My buddy put a used M&K on his and the sound is pure sex! Raspier and throatier than say a supersprint. I did hear a borla race up close a few times and the sound is glorious. Sadly way to friggin loud.

Any particular reason you didn't save up for a 911 Turbo? It seems to be about $10k more, for a LOT more performance.

Down the line I'd like to get a 996T or maybe just a vanilla 997 since there was a pretty big improvement.

Found a crazy deal on the 4s, turbo would've been about double the price...

Another reason I don't want to own a BMW product. Anybody that has one because they like to "drive" always ends up getting a Porsche.

The other camp goes into wanting luxury or just for the badge.

The bent plate should stabilize aerodynamics.

That makes me wonder... As we know, flat surfaces don't have the lowest drag coefficient. In light of that, why has there been no crazy golf-balled supercar? Or does that phenomenon only work on very spherical surfaces?

Yes, I know mythbusters did it, but that's mythbusters.

A winged license plate = A +1*2 to the 8th / 20. Does it really matter?

You need to get that car the hell away from under those trees before the birds see them. D:
