Did you look at the new "range officer" model? Looks pretty tight. Mid-road SA 1911

From what I have been reading going mid-road is not that much an advantage of just a good base gun and that if 'upgrading' is wanted it's best to go in full-hog for that gun that has ivory grips from a beast the gunsmith personally killed with the same gun :).

well that's what's on my medical records, so should I have rounded down or up?

In fairness to nick, I've never heard of an adult referring to his height in fractions of an inch. It sounds like a child saying he's six and a half years old. It's not like you have anything to be embarrassed about - it seems to me 5'10" is about average.

no dude...

You are really a special kind of asshole, its almost comical. It's funny that someone can make a post in L&R about leaving their GF, then have you try to beat them over the head with the information in OT, yet you spin the story to fit your own agenda against that person. I mean, who does that? A 40 something year old fat fuck, washed up wannabe bully I guess.

Why is it a pattern with you that whatever thread you create, it turns into a chest-bumping match between you and others? Could it be that you post like a middle-aged loser that has a chip on their shoulder(or was it torn?) and is out to "prove" something to try to make them self feel better?

But anyway, good luck finding that perfect 1911 that will wrap around your 5'10.663" body and your 48.3333"(repeating of course) chest. I'd not recommend a shoulder holster though, it might irritate that chip on your shoulder.

This. If you are desperate to cling to every last fraction, you're clearly upset about not being as tall as you wanted.

That's obviously the case. He feels his height is inferior to what it should be, so he wants to fight for every last fucking fraction of an inch he can get and he wants the world to know.

But I'm done with this thread. Alky, go back to scolding members for not knowing where exactly you live, afterall, you HAVE been here since 1999. Dork.

I knew a few girls in high school who knew their height down to the quarter inch, and would recite that. Even they stopped by graduation though, perhaps that had something to do with learning to walk in heels.

hmmm chest bumping? the size of the guy has a direct affect on what kind of guy works if they were going to conceal carry...

Can you even do that in Illinois? U mad I can?

A full framed 1911 would be a hard daily carry by a 5'2" dude weighing in at 110lbs. it's going to show.

Yeah so I guess next time I go get fitted for a suit and they ask what size coat to start with I should think of him as challenging me to a fight....sonabitch is sizing me up!
