So my M17 died while I was playing a game earlier. I was just wondering if anybody here has had any experience with Alienware's customer service? It looks like they discontinued the M17. I was able to get it with 2x 4850s, a 5300AGN, and the backlit keyboard....all for $1,400 shipped. I'm in the military and aafes was running a special so I got about $400 off. I had an ASUS G51(BB) before the M17. I just couldn't pass up the 2x 1GB 4850s in the M17 for that price... If they can't repair it(if the parts are back ordered) I'm not sure what they would replace it with... the only thing comparable would be an M17x with 4870s in CF...and I don't think that's going to happen because of the huge price difference. I need a :beer:
