looking to upgrade my ram which is currently ddr3 3gb 1066mhz (2gb + 1gb) because the laptop feels a bit sluggish even though CPU-Z says its dual channel and symmetrical, i dont understand how.
Looking to get 8gb (2x4gb) but I'm not sure which one to get for better performance:

btw I have a i5-540m and gtx 260m (multitask and game a lot, but no video editing/photoshop), but i understand the processor will downclock the 1333mhz, but price is basically the same.
