m0n0wall: automate wan disconnect/reconnect

I have m0n0wall setup on an old p3.. I have a dynamic ip through a dsl connection.

I can change my ip by going to "Interfaces -> WAN" and clicking 'disconnect' form beside PPPoE.. it takes a few seconds and then changes it to "connect". Then I click 'connect' and it logs back into my DSL service and assigns me a new ip.

I'm wanting to automate this process with a script so it disconnects.. waits maybe 6 seconds and then connects back. So I can reset my ip via remote desktop if I'm not at my house. I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure this is possible. If it is can somebody help me write the script up?
