I bank with a credit union that has a "No ATM Fees" agreement with M&T. However, this ATM, and ONLY this ATM, routinely decides to charge me fees towards the end of every month. And that "3 invalid pin tries" fee... That's a new one on me, too. I usually punch in 5 or 6 PINs before I get it right (I have so many occasional-use 4-digit PINs it's not even funny) Isn't multiple invalid PINs usually a sign of theft, and thus not a reason to charge the account holder money?
