if i saved whole m/s o/look data file folder,is there a wayto replace this folder in o/look express & recover this data ?



 
Do you mean all the *.dbx files. If so you can just copy the entire folder. When you need to restore just do an inmport and select this folder, then what files (inbox, outbox, sent items, etc) that you want to restore and you'll all set.
