i just went outside to grab firewood and saw it, immediately drew my attention.. it's really awesome looking!

i thought it was some shit about to land on the moon when i first saw it, looked really close.. upon further gazing i realized it just looked nearby....

i snapped some pics but my hands were not steady enough to get a decent picture. could definitely have used a tripod. my camera also doesn't have a manual focus (at least not that i know of) :(

You can hand hold moon pics, it helps to brace yourself against a wall or something. Also the moon is big enough that auto focus should work on it.

You don't need a telescope to see Jupiter's moons. You can see them fine with binoculars.
