i have disabled my on-chip vga frame buffer size and my computer is not starting at all. I m unable to open bios also!!! Plz help me fast my motherboard is asus a8n-vm

Greetings, I'm not an expert on VESA but, I think the easiest approach would be to re-flash your bios.

you dont need to reflash the bios, just reset it, should be a jumper or a switch on your motherboard to do it, but if you cant find it then just take out the battery for a few seconds, does the same thing.
