There's an M&M commercial that has a guy on a park bench in it. There's a song in the commercial. The audio quality is intentionally poor. What song is it, and what movie do I recognize it from?

Likely movies would be Garden State, Eternal Sunshine, I <3 Huckabees, those sorts of movies.
