It seems like scrolling webpages with pull down menus and flash in IE5.5/6 is slower than scrolling in IE5.0. It seems like those are redrawed after the whole page is drawed. This does NOT happen on my computer with IE5.0 and 5.01 and various SP1/2 of 5.0/5.01. I am not the only one havign this problem. It is Not a HUGE issue but it does show up. My machine is a P3/700E with GTS and still I can see it redrawed significantly slower.

anyone has these problems? I dont think I am the only one with this problem. Trying with multiple machines and multiple OS (Win98/2000) they ALL seem to have this problem. Just look at your scrolling VERY carefully and notice they are redrawed slower. Please do not tell me to use the smooth scrolling thingy since I have tried it and it does not fix this issue.
