Ok, so my GF and her 2 friends just got a MIC while drinking out at the pool. Do employeers have to know about that when looking for a job???

They will problem be offered a diversion agreement. As long as they don't fvck up again within the next year it will be like it never happened. With a diversion agreement all your record will show is an arrest and no charges.
