In the process of switching banks and just wanted to know if anyone has ever used M & I. What were you experiences and how happy were you with their customer service? website? etc...?

Our company just switched from Wells Fargo to M&I. We've been pleased with our service so far.

I use M&I. It's the only bank I've used though so I don't have anything to compare it to.

There a huge bank.

I would never even consider banking there because of their fees but that's just me.
