Anyone using M-discs? I've searched the threads and came up with a few that are a couple years old.
Now that I have babies! (twins) My storage is being filled with baby pictures and now I'd like to keep them a bit more permanent. Some of the CDs I've burned in the last decade are fading; some of the more expensive are failing just as readily as the cheaper ones.
I went ahead and bought the LG WH14NS40; it was on sale on Amazon and just because I needed a new DVD burner for my developer rig. This model should burn the blu-ray DVD m-discs (25 GB).
On a side project, I am going to print some of these pictures on archival ink and paper for two photo albums for the girls as they age and at some point for them to have on their own. So far my research has taken me to having the pictures printer by a third party instead of buying a printer.
