ok i'd like some suggestions on an SDR mobo for an Athlon XP.
i plan to put an unlocked 1.5v 1700+ on it and OC ~2.4ghz. so supporting a 2600+ (266fsb = 2.166ghz) would be nice., and Vcore and multi adjustments would be nice (and fsb)- BUT i am willing to do that w/ wire tricks if i must.
i was originally looking for a board supporting both SDR and DDR, so that when DDR was cheap as hell or i had some left around i could switch that in, but the one decent board supporting it *just* went off ebay right as i was going to buy (was commonplace beforehand). anyway, i figure its not a huge loss as when DDR is cheaper, SoA DDR boards will be too anyway- then i can get 400fsb etc too. and SDR only boards are cheaper too.
requirements:
micro-ATX
3xPCI (*might* manage with 2 but its very undesireable)
AGP (4x atleast)
reliable (ie not known to be a total POS)
support 2600+ (266fsb version) [? do i need this? - it'd be nice to know anyway]
usb 2 (inc front USB)
front audio support
would be nice:
bios overclocking features
passive NB/SB
onboard video
onboard LAN
more than 2 ram slots would be a nice bonus too since i dont need a combo now
as i've said, i've looked into the SDR/DDR combo boards, so i know all those and please dont post em
suggestions please! (all the boards u know that will fit these requirements!^)
