Any suggestions for a good/decent m-atx S939 overclocking board?
I'm limited to Asus, DFI, Foxconn, MSI and Gigabyte.

The best, period, is the DFI RS480 Infinity. Can hit better HTT (FSB) speeds than some ATX boards. MSI makes a board as well, but I believe it is hard locked at 250 mhz fsb. For the DFI you need a 480+ watt psu!!!!

If you mean the K8NGM2 the BIOS only goes to 250 but Clockgen works fine ...
Also had a Gigabyte that I was quite pleased with for a cheap board (the DFI is noticeably dearer than either the MSI or Gigabyte but is probably the best overclocker).

Why are you limited to those particular brands? Just wondering.

There are two other good overclocking mATX socket 939 boards. One is the Jetway board based on the ATI IGP chipset. IIRC it was the first one available that was a decent overclocker, known to hit at least 300MHz HTT (baseline for being considered "good" overclocker by some). Only issue is that the onboard NIC stops working at higher clocks.

The other board is the Biostar Tforce6100-939. I'm using this in my gaming rig now with an Opteron 144. It can hit 300MHz HTT and perhaps higher but I haven't tried it yet. With the socket 754 and AM2 versions of the same board I can hit 330MHz HTT with 8X multiplier Semprons. The BIOS is like any other enthusiast board - read my mini-review of the socket 754 version for details since the BIOS is pretty much the same for options.

I've never tried the DFI or Jetway boards and I probably won't because not only are the Biostar boards easier to find for sale, they're cheaper. That appeals to my "cheap bastard" inner self.

Yeah, I've been eyeing the Biostar's for their cheapness factor as well lately. I'm very happy with my current DFI board, but the power requirements from DFI make them hard to reconmend for cheaper builds where $75+ psu's are not an option (I like it when the XClio 500 watt was $50 a few weeks ago-their now $95 on newegg). Epox makes decent budget boards as well, but I'm not sure about their mAtx offerings.
