Question m.2 Compatibility and Configuration

I am really confused as to the configuration of storage that is available to me. I am trying to use the components that I initially purchased for my home gaming system, but have decided to use these for my office. This PC is going to be used as a shared drive between 10 or so computers and also CAD/CAM. My setup is a follows:

Asus Maximus Z690 Extreme
I9-12900K
EVGA 3090 FTW3
Corsair Dominator DDR4 Memory

My thinking was to use five m.2 drives. Four 1TB to run Raid 10 and one to run OS. I would also like to have an additional SATA SSD. Is there an issue with using the three m.2 slots and two in the DIMM.2? Would it be beneficial to have a PCIe 5.0 m.2 in the top slot?

Can someone please help this rookie out on the proper configuration for storage? Any opinions of this should setup will work, or if I need to start from scratch with something like a Threadripper server type PC?
