M.2 10 Gb/s drives

Hi,

Are there any m.2 drives running at 10 Gb/s out on the market yet? I just bought a Z97 motherboard and want to put something in the slot 🙂 Thanks.

David

EDIT:

I guess the Plextor M6e is out. Maybe it'll be better and buy another Samsung EVO and put it in a RAID 0. The performance on M6e doesn't justify the price tag. Maybe the m.2 x4 will have a bigger increase in speed.

The 512gb samsung is $499 on newegg while the 256gb plextor is $299 on newegg, seems pretty even, too bad they don't have a 256gb version of the samsung drive.

They do at Ebay...it is an OEM product after all.

But to answer OPs question: the Samsung drive is actually faster then your slot and will be severely limited...
