Lying Eyes

Is it true that if someone were looking to their upper-left, they are accessing the Logical Reasoning part of your brain and telling the truth about their story or what not. While if someone were looking to their upper-right side, they would be accessing the Creative part of their brain...so they would be lying if they were trying to tell a story?

You don't LOOK at the part of the brain you're using. If that were true, you'd turn your eyes inside out and look at your occipital lobe (bottom rear part of the brain) when you were speaking (accessing Wernicke's and Broca's area).

MYTH.

*check eyes*

What does cross eyed mean? 😛

It depends on the person. Looking up usually tends to mean that they don't know and they are trying to think it through. Looking down would tend to indicate lying.

The easiest way to tell a liar is to know the truth. Naturally everybody, most everybody will take this as a silly axiom, but by knowing truth I mean trying to live it. To live it you have to confront your own lie. To struggle intensely with your own self lie confers internal experience with the nature of self deception. When you know yourself, you know everybody. If you have stopped lying to yourself you will see the lies of others everywhere. Almost everything is a lie and you don't want to go from total naivete to total vision in a single jump. It would be too big a step for most people to handle sanely.

Everything I say is a lie..

Except that..

and that..
and that..
and that and that and that and that and that and that..
