Where can I find the information for what I should select for type of SSE I have on my old Xeon LV 1.6?

MSInfo says about processor: "x86 Family 15 Model 2 Stepping 7".
It also says "Canterwood+ICH5" for System Model.

I tried SSE3 (I think) and the WUs failed in five seconds 🙁
