You mean one of yours is smaller than the other? ;)

<< i like the idea of turning the hose on her. >>

That does sound like a good idea but it might be too easy. If she were to see the hose she would most likely just drop to her knees, where's the challenge in that?

<<

<< If you're close to your neighbors >>

One of the advantages is that my next door neighbor to the South(I have a corner lot) is the Mayor, an ex Mayor lives a couple of houses down, and there are 2 City Council member that live on the street as well. I've lived in the area, my parents house is a block over, since I was 11 so I've known them all for a long time.
>>

man.. that would suck if you didnt get along with this group of neighbors... :p

that just doesn't sound 'right' out of context.

Not to dampen your situation here, but you seem to be part of the problem here also. Yes I agree your ex seems very nuts in her constant pursuit of your approval. But moreover, you perpetuate this by not sending the clear swift signal you know needs to be sent to this person. By not taking this action, you give the micro-hope this malcontent needs to feed her chronic desire to chase you.

In short, you like the idea a good looking woman is chasing you.

Mmmm.....no. I have told her several times that I dont' want to see her, talk to her, or even know of her existance anymore. I can't send much more of a clear signal than that. I suppose I could put a few heads on spikes in my yard but I'm not sure the neighbors would approve.

considering he said the he has told her flat out leave me alone, don't call, don't stop by i never want to see you again, sounds like you need to read all his posts over again.
from his original post:

<< I told her that we had already talked enough and that I had told her on SEVERAL occasions that I didn't want to see, hear, or talk to her again. >>

EDIT: shiner you beat me too it

The plot thickens. Just got home and taped to my front door is a red envelope. I open it and guess what? It's an I miss you card from Hallmark that she wrote "sorry about last night. I hope things can work out." then signed Love, her name. Ahhhh.....how sweet....no that's not the word I'm looking for.....psycho....yeah psycho that's the one.

You need to take care of this right now. The longer she chases you the worse she's going to get. Go down to the police station and get a restraining order ASAP.

I guess she's under the illusion that you two are still in a relationship.

I'm headed out to do some gardening and yard work. I'll talk to my neighbor, the Mayor, while I'm out and see if we can get an extra patrol or two through the neighborhood for a while. I'll do the resraining order if I have to but would like to avoid that if possible. Of course it's seeming more and more like I will need one.

Spoke to my neighbor. He was going to talk to the police chief and make sure there are extra patrols through here for the next couple of weeks and that an officer would be no more than a couple of minutes away. Kinda hoping the nutjob shows.
