Lunar Property

So I bought some lunar property from http://www.lunarembassy.com/ back in 1997 when it was 1777.58 acres for $15 (size of Manhattan, anyone else get this joke?).

Recently a couple people have sent me links back to this site, as it is a lot more popular after it's been on CNN. The property prices are now up to $20 for 1 acre.

Does this mean my initial $15 investment is now valued at $35,551.60?

How would I go about splitting up the deed on my 1777 acre property into smaller lots and reselling them on E-bay?
