So my Wife started her new job at Apple Inc. today. She gets home with a nice new MacBook Pro, and an iPhone, GS, standard issue for n00bs, apparently...and it's already fucked. Home key keeps refusing to work unless you leave it alone for twenty minutes. Tried restoring it, no dice.
