Luke Warm: Saitek Eclipse Keyboard 41.99 CitcuitCity.com

From what I've read, the keys are actually clear plastic painted over with silver paint. As you can imagine, the paint wears through quickly, letting extra light shine through. A friend of mine who has the keyboard and is an avid WoW player says his keys are already starting to show wear after 6 weeks of use.

so? does one NEED to see that the A key has a symbol 'A' clearly marked? No.

the paint on the keys of my saitek eclispe keyboard are fading.

edit: nm i think you are referring to the old gamer keyboard, and the new eclipse have etched. anyways the paint fades after a year of heavy use. probably avg 6 hr+/day.
 
I have both versions of the Saitek but I like this one better than the one that comes with a keypad.
