#6 is to protect town revenue I expect. Can't have anyone else horning in on their money making.

#10... well, that's simply Power to the Butter. Being from Wisconsin it also makes sense.

When I lived in Wisconsin it was illegal to sell colored margarine, so they sold bags of white margarine with yellow food coloring capsules.

Here in Fairbanks, Alaska, it is illegal to give alcoholic beverages to moose for consumption purposes. I suppose if he was just going to keep them in the fridge for human guests, that would be O.K.
