These laws arent put in place just to protect the victim. In this case most of us would agree the victim isnt exactly a victim per se. It is the fallout that inevitably occurs that presents the real danger here. What happens when this kid tells his friends what happened? 16 year old boys dont know how to process these things and they dont know how to react. You end up with a whole classroom full of boys who all want to bang the teacher and something really bad could happen when animal spirits get going in a group setting. Then you have all the girls in the class watching the guys act like morons, and at any point along the line, it could blow up in any of their faces. It is too volatile a thing to be bringing into a high school classroom. Note that if the teachers simply told the guy to not say anything, he'd probably be being ridden by BOTH of them tonight.

Fixed that for ya. Once the deed was done the first time the kid had total control.

Yeah and a GC I'm working for has a coworker who is getting divorced because his wife found out he was cheating on him. How did she find out, he ran his dumb ass mouth. So I guess he's not mature enough to make adult decisions and handle the situation either?

BTW, you do know that it would be perfectly legal if the two chicks were 16 right? I get why we have the law concerning people of authority but come on, he's 16. Most kids have had sex by 16 and in this case at least the other party should be more mature and make sure things like STDs and pregnancy don't happen. That's a big "should" granted but I would think better odds than the 15 or 16 year old classmates the kid has.

Thing is, he has time to grow up and possibly get less stupid - especially given this example of cause and effect. They are adults. The 34 year old at the least should have enough sense to foresee what she would be losing. The 24 year old just has to do some community service and find a new line of work; Dufrense stands to get divorced, lose custody and probably visitation of three kids, AND find a new line of work while losing ten years toward a pension in a job that's almost unlosable. That's stupid with staying power.
