My definition of lucky would be the guy standing next to him that didnt get pushed in.

heh...I was just reading this morning the part in Stephen King's The Dark Tower book 2, The Drawing of the Three that involves someone pushed in front of a subway.

I was on that platform on my way to work not 30 minutes before that happened. My friend that came in late said he was walking out as the police and firemen arrived. I feel lucky that it didn't happen to me.

I always wondered whether a person would fit between the rails under the subway. Good to know....though I hopefully will never need this factoid. Damn...just one stop away too.
