I got some of these with some boxes of other stuff but im not finding alot on the web about them.
what software will run them

they're isdn bridges. unless you have an isdn connection, i don't really think there's a whole lot you can do with them. If they talk any number of routing protocols, you might be able to use them as routers on sticks to route betweeen vlans, but that's really pushing it all things considered.
