Remember the Socket 478 to 775 adapter? well something similar to that but for mobile 4th gen mobile cpus.

But there are 4790T chips which would seem to outperform the 4720HQ for basically the same TDP.
It shouldn't be cheaper to buy a 4720HQ and solder it on an adapter, but evidently it is cheaper.
