If a much lesser team from a lower division can beat one of the premier teams in Division-1A college football at home, then why couldn't a team in the same division beat another good team in their house?

I'll spell it out for you since logic failed at this point. Bad team (A) can be good team (B) in cases where they make some good plays, cause a turnover or two, and can stay close throughout the game. App St. against Michigan was just an example, you know.

Absolutely, any given Sunday (or Saturday as it may be) you can win or lose.

Tulane is playing their ass off and you gotta give them credit for it. There is always a chance that Tulane will win but against this LSU team I think that chance is extremely small. LSU is thinking about next week instead of this game.

Coach chewed some ass at halftime and they are playing some good ball again.
