LSI 9361 Need Help

I have an existing raid 6 array I'm wanting to add 3 more HD's to it. I've done this on Adaptec Raid controllers but never on an LSI raid controller. How do you do it on LSI? The drives on a different server not attached to this computer running under VMware ESXI
 
Description is a bit cryptic.

So you want to add 3 drives to an LSI controller? Is the controller installed in the server running VM's? Or is it a standalone install?
