Every time I boot my PC, this appears right before the Vista splash screen. Does anyone know what it means? Also, the L in the LS might not be an L. It's the closest thing I can think it might be, but it looks like an upside down backwards L.

It's on the post screen, I'm not sure I could screenshot it. I will try to take a picture of it with my cell phone and post it today.

I also forgot to mention that it only started appearing after I tried installing my old Diskeeper Pro program to use on Vista. It worked, but even after I submitted my code, it kept giving me a prompt about my trial expiring. I uninstalled it after I saw that it didn't look right and figured something must not have installed correctly. I restarted my PC and that's the first time I ever saw that message. Needless to day, I was not willing to try reinstalling the program.

ah, which version of Diskkeeper? I'd check for any utilities to clean up after it's been uninstalled from the manufacturer, could be a overlay or something that's left afterwards. the worst case scenario, you may have to reinstall Vista.
