What's the point of this rule? I wonder how this will go over when South Korea, or China, or some other non english speaking country requires all contestants to learn their language in order to participate in their events

Women complained about gender bias but are OK with language bias.
Pot meet kettle. I think they are just tired of losing to South Koreans (I am not Korean).

it is down right rude when an able speaking person speaks around you in their native language. that just pisses me off. all those gals know how to speak english they just choose to keep it korean.

What events are there?
"The LPGA, in full the Ladies Professional Golf Association, is an American organization for female professional golfers."
If there is a Korean golf tour then they can require korean if they want.

Its hard to build fans when your prominent stars don't speak english so don't give interviews after wins. I have no problem with this ruling.
You think the PGA would be making so much money if Tiger Woods didn't speak English, thus didn't have all the endorsement deals that make him such a huge icon and have bazillions of people tuning into Golf just to watch him?
