Looks like JEDEC published the first official LPDDR4 spec today

Support for up to LPDDR4-4266 :awe:

I think voltage is 1.1V if I'm reading the spec correctly.

Thought DDR4 was 1.2v...

DDR4 is 1.2V but this is LPDDR4 (for mobile devices).

That makes sense, totally glossed-over that. The spec does seem to indicate 1.1v as the norm. We should see some nice power consumption numbers for LPDDR4 devices when these come out on the lower-end (eventually).

That'll come down even further as we see some of that 3D magic in the DRAM market
