Lowest voltage for Phenom 9850BE?

I wasnt CnQ to work while OCing but with my m/b it doesn't seem to work. Anyway, I'm using a program called K10Stat to underclock it to 1GHz @ 0.9v.

Is that voltage too low? I can do 3GHz at 1.35v right now...could the processor get "used" to running at very low voltage and speed and "degrade" so it doesn't get the same OC later? (I know that last question might make no sense but bear with me and make me feel better. )

To my knowledge a chip can't learn to run at another voltage, I've never heard of or experienced it happening. I would say .9 is only too low if its not stable at that, otherwise it should be fine.
