Lowest stable Vcores on the 2600K

Cooler operation and pure interest from just a tweak perspective.

Right now I am running a Gene-Z + 2600K + Seasonic 560KW + 8GB ripjaws (pair of 4GBs 7-7-7-21/1333Mhz)

Setting the CPU turbo mode to Auto(vs per core etc..) in the bios, memory settings via XMP.

EPU setting to On/Light power saving. (anything higher = no boot)

Offset mode seems the best way of doing it. I set the offset to .16v (-) and idle its .83 with 1.10v max

All 8 threads max at 3.5GHZ via intel spec.

not too bad. It seems that using Auto for offset instead of .16 means for some reason the bios will push higher Vcores than needed. Any reason why?
