Lowes had this same deal a month ago. At that tiime there was a 10$ off 50$ coupon. So you could order 5 bundles (200 pounds) and a 5 cent washer for 40$ and tax. I ordered several 200 pound bundles for friends.

The limit was there before. Also somone figured out that the website will allow larger orders even thought it says limited. There was a 100 page thread on this at slickdeals when it last appeared.
