I just read on a post EDIT: I just did a HUGE clean of my computer, got all that dustout.

I was just wondering how you clean your computer to lower video card temperatures. Mine is running at 70°C and want to cool down.



 
What video card do you have? Perhaps thats it's normal operating temp..you would have to get some kind of third party cooler, such as artic cooling to get the temp much lower. My 6800GT runs at 76c while gaming.
 
Something that's cheap, safe and might help is to put in a slot cooling fan:

These push hot air out of the case and draw cooler air to the area of the video card
