Lower virtual memory usage?

So I bought 2 sticks of 256mb DDR ram in addition to a 256 I already have for a total of 768, I have pleanty of ram and what should the initial size be? what should the maximum size be? And yes, I did a search, Anand himself said 20 on another thread with a guy who has a gig of ram but didn't specify a maximum.

 
The first thing that you should do is set the pagefile's maximum and minimum to 0 and hit the set button. Then, set it to 256 min with a 256 max. This will cause your old page file to be erased and the new one will never become fragmented bceause Windows can't (It won't have to with that much memory).
