lower timings or 200 mhz?

Ok im running at 2.4ghz from 2.2 with my ram at 2.5-3-3-6, i think i could get it to 2-2-2-5 if i put it back down to 2.2. If i have them both it fails prime95 very fast but i havnt tried it with 2.2 and low timings. this is my RAM
nforce4ultra, amd64 3500

also whenever i set the fsb to over 50, it doesnt even post, i heared with the sata drives you have to put it to slot 3 or 4 for it to work?
